What agents ask before they join.

Do I need a license to refer deals?

The program runs on commercial, investor, and business-purpose lending, and operates under an independent contractor agreement. We will walk you through exactly what your role allows in your area before you start. Confirm specific requirements with your own counsel and keep them current.

How fast do I get paid?

Commissions are tied to funded deals and released after the standard clearing period once the deal closes and the placement fee is collected.

How much can I make?

It depends on what you bring and how it closes. Your share rises as you produce. We do not guarantee income, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What kinds of deals qualify?

Commercial real estate, multifamily, DSCR rentals, fix and flip, bridge, ground-up construction, and business funding. If you are not sure, hand it over and we will tell you.
